Turning Clinic 7/11

Service Description

Join us on Friday July 11th at 9:30am for a Turning Clinic. This clinic will go from 9:30 to 11. This clinic is open to all levels (we suggest for this clinic that you are able to at least catch white water waves on your own). We will start off on the beach, starting with the basics (starting to turn, changing directions, frontside/backside), moving through intermediate topics (taking your skills to an open-faced wave, take off/attack, bottom turns, getting speed) and finishing off with more advanced techniques (top to bottom turns, off the top, floaters, linking maneuvers). You may want to bring a notebook and pen to take notes. Once we are finished going over the information on the beach, everyone will head out for a surf session and we will be shooting surfing photos through the remainder of the event. Photos are included in this clinic. You will receive a link to Dropbox within 3-5 days to view/download all of your pictures from the event. The price for this event is $40. Limited rental boards are available and must be set up at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact us directly to set that up. Please meet us at our pink surfer girl flag at start time to sign in and get started. There will be no more than 10 surfers in this event. You must sign up for this event online prior to event start.
