🏄‍♀️ Intermediate Competitive Surf Clinic 🏄‍♀️ Ready to take your competitive surfing to the next level? This clinic is designed for women who already have some surf contest experience or are experienced surfers looking to improve their competitive strategy and performance. Even better, this clinic takes place just one week before Central Florida Women Surfing presents Sea Her Surf, making it the perfect opportunity to fine-tune your approach before competition day. 📅 Saturday, August 22 ⏰ 7:00–9:00 AM 📍 Cape Canaveral Area 👩 Women Only 💲 $50 This clinic is designed for women who: • Have competed in surf contests before • Have a basic understanding of contest surfing • Are experienced surfers looking to improve their competitive performance What We'll Cover 🏖️ Contest Strategy Session We'll begin with a 15–30 minute beach session where we'll do a brief review of contest fundamentals before diving into competition strategy. We'll discuss topics such as: • Developing your personal heat strategy • Wave selection and real-time decisions • Reading changing conditions • Maximizing scoring opportunities • Building confidence before and during a heat 🌊 Practice Heat Next, we'll run a 20-minute mock contest heat. Your coach will watch from the beach, score your waves, and take notes—just like in a real competition. 📝 Coaching Review After the heat, we'll review scores, discuss decision-making, identify strengths, and focus on the adjustments that can help improve your future contest performances. 📸 Surf Photo Session We'll finish the clinic with a free surf while photos are taken. Your surfing photos are included with registration! Optional Add-Ons 📖 Surf Contest Basics Presentation (+$5) Receive a downloadable presentation covering contest fundamentals. It will be emailed within 2–3 days after registration and serves as a great resource to review before your next event. 🎥 Group Analysis Video (+$25) Receive a recorded coaching session where your coach reviews the group's surf photos, discusses your surfing, and provides contest-specific coaching and strategy that you can revisit anytime. Whether your goal is to place higher in your next contest, surf smarter in your heats, or prepare for Sea Her Surf, this clinic will help you sharpen your competitive skills in a fun, supportive environment.
